By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
QuickScore provides cricket scores, statistics, news, media, and related features. Content may include third-party data and links. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate laws or others' rights
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems without permission
- Circumvent access controls or security measures
- Upload malware or interfere with other users' experience
- Use the Service to send unsolicited marketing
5. Premium & billing
Paid features, if offered, are billed through Google Play (or other authorized stores). Store terms and refund policies apply. Subscriptions renew until canceled in your store account settings.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, and software are owned by QuickScore or licensors. Cricket statistics, logos, and media may belong to third parties. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties (for example Firebase, Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, and data providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those interactions.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." LIVE SCORES AND STATISTICS MAY BE DELAYED OR INCOMPLETE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. THE SERVICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES — NOT BETTING ADVICE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICKSCORE AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Sections that should survive termination (including disclaimers and liability limits) will survive.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless local law requires otherwise.
